2. Reconnect the service
3. Verify you have edit permissions
4. Try syncing again
"Receipt processing failed"
Cause: Image couldn't be analyzed Fix:1. Ask crew to resend with better lighting
2. Ensure receipt is flat
3. Check the Exceptions queue
"Crew member can't opt in"
Cause: SMS delivery issue Fix:1. Verify phone number format
2. Resend opt-in invite
3. Check if carrier blocks short codes
4. Try texting from your own phone to test
"Budget line not found"
Cause: Code doesn't match imported lines Fix:1. Check Budget tab for typos
2. Re-import budget lines
3. Manually assign the receipt
"Envelope balance negative"
Cause: Approved receipts exceed starting amount Fix:1. Review receipt approvals
2. Increase envelope starting amount
3. Move receipts to different envelope
