Integration Partners

When you connect third-party services:

• Google Sheets: Receipt data is synced to spreadsheets you authorize.
• Dropbox: Receipt images may be stored in folders you authorize.

4. Data Retention

• Active Account Data: Retained while your account is active.
• Receipt Images: Stored for the duration of the project plus 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• SMS Logs: Retained for 2 years for compliance and support purposes.
• Account Deletion: Upon request, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
