SMS Communication Service

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Olivine, you agree to the following terms:

What Messages You'll Receive

We send the following types of SMS messages:

• Receipt Confirmations: When you submit a receipt via SMS, you'll receive a confirmation with the extracted data.
• Processing Updates: Status updates about your submitted receipts (e.g., if clarification is needed).
• Project Notifications: Notifications when you're added to a production or project settings change.
• System Alerts: Important account or service notifications (rare).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Typically you will receive:

• 1-2 messages per receipt submission (confirmation and any follow-ups)
• 2-5 messages per week during active production periods
• Occasional messages for system notifications or project updates

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:

1. Text STOP: Reply STOP to any message from us.
2. Contact Support: Email support@petty-cash.net with your phone number.
3. Dashboard Settings: Producers can remove crew members from projects via the web dashboard.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Please note: Once you opt out, you will no longer be able to submit receipts via SMS for any project. You can opt back in at any time by texting START or being re-invited by a producer.

Costs

Supported Carriers

Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier.

Your Privacy

Your phone number and SMS communications are protected under our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell your phone number to third parties.
• We do not share your phone number for marketing purposes.
• Your phone number is only used to provide the Olivine service.
• SMS logs are retained for 2 years for compliance and support purposes.

Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
