2. Choose issue type
3. Enter email, subject, and details
4. Submit
Typical response target is within 24 business hours.

- support@topsheet.net (some SMS HELP responses)
When Contacting Support
Include these details for faster help:
- Your production name
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Any error messages you saw
- Screenshots if possible
