Use the in-app support form:

1. Go to /help/contact

2. Choose issue type

3. Enter email, subject, and details

4. Submit

Typical response target is within 24 business hours.

Email Options

Depending on where you're contacting from, you'll see:

  • support@olivine.com (Help Center contact page)
  • support@topsheet.net (some SMS HELP responses)

When Contacting Support

Include these details for faster help:

  • Your production name
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Any error messages you saw
  • Screenshots if possible

Current Scope

The support form currently stores requests for team follow-up.

Live chat and public status-page features are not part of the current Help Center implementation.
