Managing Billing and Credits
Olivine currently uses a prepaid credit model.
How Billing Works
1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Buy a credit pack (for example: 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, or 2000 credits)
3. Credits are consumed as receipts are processed
What You Can Manage
- Credit balance: Remaining credits
- Usage: Receipts, projects, crew, and SMS activity
- Invoices: Stripe invoice history (when available)
- Payment method: Managed through Stripe portal
Auto-Purchase (Overages)
You can toggle automatic overage purchasing in Billing:
- Enabled: Credits can be auto-purchased when balance is exhausted
- Disabled: Processing pauses at zero credits
If Credits Run Out
- New receipt processing is blocked until credits are added
- Crew receives an SMS explaining the credit limit was reached
