Crew members can be on multiple productions simultaneously.
How It Works
- Crew can be added to multiple productions
- They opt in to each separately
- Receipts go to their "active" production
- They can switch productions via SMS
Switching Productions
When crew texts SWITCH:

Reply with the number:
1. Feature Film - "Sunset"
2. Commercial - Nike
3. Music Video - Taylor
You: 2
Olivine:
Got it! Your receipts will now go to
Commercial - Nike.
Best Practices
- Remind crew which production is active
- Use clear production names
- Check the production name in confirmations
