Production Settings
Customize how your production handles receipts and notifications.
Accessing Settings
1. Go to your production page
2. Click the Settings tab
General Settings
- Production Name: Update at any time
- Status: Setup, Active, Wrapped, or Archived
- SMS Phone Number: Your dedicated number for this production
SMS Preferences
- Auto-confirmation: Send confirmation when receipts are logged
- Budget Line Suggestions: Ask crew to confirm categorization
Envelope Defaults
Set defaults for new envelopes:
- Default starting amount
- Auto-connect to Google Sheets
Danger Zone
- Archive Production: Hide from active list (can restore)
- Delete Production: Permanently remove all data
