Export Options

Get your data out of Olivine in various formats.

Export any envelope to CSV:

1. Go to the envelope

2. Click Export → Download CSV

3. Opens in Excel, Numbers, or any spreadsheet

CSV includes all columns from your topsheet.

Create a printable topsheet:

1. Go to the envelope

2. Click Export → Download PDF

3. Formatted for standard 8.5x11 paper

Download all receipt images:

1. Go to envelope settings

2. Click Export → Download Images

3. Receive a ZIP file with all images

Real-time export to Google Sheets:

1. Connect Google in Settings

2. Link envelope to a sheet

3. Data syncs automatically

For entire productions:

1. Go to production settings

2. Click Export All

3. Choose format (CSV/ZIP)

4. Includes all envelopes
