Dropbox Integration
Sync receipt images to Dropbox for backup and sharing.
Connect Your Dropbox
1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Click Connect Dropbox
3. Sign in to your Dropbox account
4. Complete the OAuth flow
Link to an Envelope
1. Open an envelope
2. Go to Sync Settings
3. Choose Dropbox only (or Both)
4. Enter a folder path
5. Click Save Settings
Folder structure is based on the path you configure.
File Naming
Files are uploaded with a normalized filename:
- YYMMDD_Vendor_$Amount.jpg
Troubleshooting
- Confirm Dropbox is connected in Settings → Integrations
- Confirm folder path is valid
- Use Test Connection in Sync Settings
