Dropbox Integration
Sync receipt images to Dropbox for backup and sharing.
Connect Your Dropbox
1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Click Connect Dropbox
3. Sign in to your Dropbox account
4. Grant Olivine permission
Link to an Envelope
1. Go to envelope settings
2. Under Image Backup, select Dropbox
3. Choose or create a destination folder
4. Click Save
Folder Structure
Images are organized as:
/Olivine/
└── [Production Name]/
└── [Envelope Name]/
├── 2026-02-02_home-depot_45.99.jpg
└── 2026-02-01_starbucks_23.50.jpg
File Naming
Each image is named with:
- Date of receipt
- Vendor name (lowercase, hyphens)
- Amount
- Unique ID
Offline Access
Mark the Olivine folder for offline access in Dropbox to view receipts without internet.
